Peacefully, on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at the Stedman Hospice (Brantford, ON) at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Genevieve (predeceased 2011). Loving father of Patricia (the late David Zollman), Robert (Mary), Mary Gammon (Marshal Byer) and Jim. Cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren. Philip will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Leonora Curtis, Bernard, and Joan Paul. Family and friends may visit at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre, 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton (North of Steeles Ave) 905-456-8190 on Wednesday, June 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 13 at 10:30 am at St. John Fisher Roman Catholic Church (300 Balmoral Drive). Interment to follow at Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Stedman Hospice in Brantford would be appreciated.
