He was the son of deceased Claude Milton and Elma Theresa Foo. He was the 3rd born of 6 children, Claude, Jacqueline, Anthony, Edwin & Alisha-Yonnette.
He was also part of a blended family of other siblings, Winnifred, Wonda, Lynette and Loynel.
Raymond leaves his sons Rafael and Ryan. His daughters Rivanna, Suzanna and Rosanna and 10 grandchildren.
Raymond joins his beloved parents, Milton and Elma along with deceased siblings, Burnadette, Claudette, Wavney, Willard and Lizann.
