I knew Joan when she lived in Moosonee years back. I loved talking to her and hearing her humorous stories and her common sense discussions. She was always friendly. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. My sincere condolences to the Turner and Hutchings families.

So sorry and saddened to hear of Joan's passing. We will always cherish our memories of her and we have many. Joan was a very kindhearted woman who loved to laugh and make anyone and everyone laugh along with her. She loved having people around her, especially her family.
