Passed away at home in Wasaga Beach while surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 6, 2015 in his 75th year.
Beloved husband of the late Sheila Spade, fiancée to Donna Gray of Wasaga Beach.
Loving father of Steven and his wife Noreen of Alliston and Tim and his wife Louise of Clinton.
Cherished grandfather of Chantel, Karly, Taylor and Keirsten Spade.
Sam will be fondly remembered by his brother Alan (Eileen) Spade of Toronto.
He will also be sadly missed by his other family the Thursday Night Old Boys and Girls of Bramalea.
Friends and family may visit at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre, 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton (2 blocks north of Steele) on Thursday, December 10th from 5pm until 9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 11th, at 10:30am at St. Marguerite d'Youville Church, 2490 Sandalwood Parkway East. Interment to follow at Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, Derry Road at Tomken Road in Mississauga.
