Comforted by loved ones, Tommaso Cozzolino passed away on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at the age of 71. Partner to Donna, Father to Frank and his partner Franca, and to Joe and his wife Lucy. Loving nonno to Filomena, Alexandria, Antonella, and Giuseppina. He will be dearly missed and will live on in the hearts of all his family and friends.
From Italy he and his late wife, Filomena (nee DeRose), came to Canada for a better life in 1968; taking in all the world had to offer. Tommaso was a strong willed man, filled with determination and wit. He always knew how to make his grandchildren laugh and his family smile, even in his final days. He loved growing fruits and vegetables in his home garden, and made the best pizza one can only dream of.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honour of Tommaso Cozzolino can be made to UHN.
