It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill on September 22, 2020 after a lengthy illness. Bill is survived by his mother, Dorothy, sister, Maureen and twin sister, Betty and was predeceased by his father Howard. Bill had a great love of animals, music, books and politics. He will be missed.
