STEENSON, Alan Hugh, 83, of Tampa, passed away September 21, 2018. Al will be missed by his wife, Ellie; daughters, Robin and Lorie; stepdaughter, Debbie; stepson, Robert; brother, Bruce; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Al was born October 21, 1934 in Cedar Grove, N.J., and graduated from Ohio State University. He loved fishing and being on his boat. Following retirement, he became the President of the Gandy Civic Association and was very active as a community leader.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with service at 2:00 p.m., both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL.; Interment in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Gandy Civic Assoc. Center, 4207 W Oklahoma Ave, Tampa, FL.
