RAMOS, Amelia R. aka to friends and family as Mollie or “Bama”, of Seffner slipped effortlessly and peacefully into the presence of her Savior and the many loved ones awaiting her arrival September 3, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Amelia Fabregas Rodriguez; and her husband of 49 years, Ferdinand G. “Raymond” Ramos. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Elaine Ramos Bonilla (Tino); son, Raymond Wayne Ramos; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. This beautiful, feisty, amazing 90 year old Matriarch of our family lived her life with lots of love and spunk. Those who met her for the first time, found it difficult to believe her true age, always guessing that she was at least 30 years younger. Bama possessed many creative talents. She was the family seamstress, cheerleader, authentic Spanish cook, story-teller, driver, defender, teaser, helper. She loved dressing, dancing, flowers and gardening and always took great pride in her work. She was a Diva, a lover, a fighter and touched the lives of many friends and family members with her self-taught knowledge and natural God-given wisdom. You may also remember Amelia as the fun and friendly co-owner of Florida Radiator Service in Tampa and Amelita's Spanish Restaurant in St. Pete. She will be greatly missed. An inurnment will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013 in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens
