Harrod, Annette Vickers, 90, was called home by the Lord Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011. She was the youngest of six children born to the late Willis and Ida Daniels Vickers on June 23, 1920 in Douglas, Georgia. Annette was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace. She was a strong Christian, wonderful homemaker and avid gardener. Annette was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 54 years, Woodrow Wilson Harrod, loving known as Woody. Survivors include her loving daughters, Sheila K. Roth and her husband, Donald E. Roth and Sylvia J. Smith and her husband, David A. Smith; and one cherished granddaughter, Donna Roth Lucas and her husband, Orson B. Lucas. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 28, at 10:00 AM with visitation an hour before at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon. Internment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens, Thonotosassa. Arrangements under the direction of Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon, FL.
