Aubrey “Burt” Burdette, 83, passed away in his sleep on Monday, September 7, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Burdette and five children: Cheryle, Sharon, Steven, Michael, and Erica. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Burt served in the U.S. Air Force, where he was stationed in England and met Margaret. After serving our country, the pair returned to the US, where Burt sold insurance and later worked for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. Burt was also an active member for many years at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tampa, FL. His love of the Lord and his family will always be remembered. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church at a later date.
