hey nanny. its been 11 years now, 12 this September. im 22 now. will be 23 in july. i was only 11 when you passed in 2012. i only knew you as a child. and i always wish i could've known you as an adult. a grown woman. but even that little i knew the amazing person you were and that i lost someone even greater. i still had so much to learn from you and i was robbed of so much more time. we all were. nothing has been the same ever since. life itself is dark and dull. you were my light. ill miss you forever and always nanny. and ill forever wonder if things would've been better for me if you never left. i love you always. your granddaughter forever.

Barbara Peach was a wonderful, giving, and loving women with a heart of gold. She opened her doors to me and my family like we were her own. She was always the life of the party and her smile was like a bright light in the darkest times. I know you're up, there with my mother looking down on all who knew you. No matter how long it had been I always missed and respected everything about you. You were a blessing to my life and everyone else you touched. R.I.P. you amazing lady!

Although you are with loved ones and in such peace, we here are sorrowful and have a great hole inside us so large the pain is verwhelming.  I pray deeply for the whole family and am so upset thar I did not persue a reunion last year when social media brought you back into my life.  I so miss you and love you.
