Betty Maxwell

MAXWELL, Betty M., 83, a Tampa resident since 1962 passed away at home on Friday June 3, 2011. Born in Shobonier, IL on June 28, 1927, has now joined her husband of 47 years, William L. Maxwell, Sr. and their infant twins, Patricia and Pamela She was extremely proud of her years of service as the Assistant Manager at MacDill Air Force Base Exchange. She is survived by her son, William Jr and wife Dianne, two grandchildren, William Maxwell III (Laura) and Kimberly Panak (Travis) and five great-grandchildren, Kelly, Jillian, and William Maxwell IV, and Ryan and Kyle Panak. Visitation for all family and friends will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2011, from 10am to 11am at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd. Brandon, FL 33511. Interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida at 12:30pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the American Cancer Society to honor her late husband, or to the charity of your choice.
