Born February 29, 1932 in Nelsonville, OH , he was the son of the late Floyd and Geneva Leffler.
Bill was the owner and operator of Blacktop Maintenance, Inc. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Peggy Leffler; a daughter Wendy (Tony) Pettys of Dover, FL; three sons, Scott (Kelly) Ricketts of St. Petersburg, FL, Joe B. Leffler of Nelsonville, OH, Billy D. Leffler of WY; 3 grandchildren in Florida, Taylor Anne Pettys, Justin Pettys and Hannah Ricketts, as well as 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren in Ohio. Bill was a proud member of the Brandon Elks and Brandon Masonic Lodge. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 27th at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. - noon on Thursday, before the service both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon.
