He was one of three sons.
Bobby graduated from Brewster High School in 1959 where he learned printing and made commercial printing a successful career, along with management of rental properties.
He loved hard work, but also loved fishing and planting fruits and vegetables when he could find the time.
He married Sheila Mae Silveria on June 25th, 1966. And made a home in Seffner, Florida.
Bobby loved telling jokes and being a prankster, and even created his own greeting called 'The DeVane Handshake'.
Bobby learned about Jehovah as a small child, along with his family, and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1954, at the age of 13. He loved personal study of the Bible and was zealous in witnessing to everyone he met.
He faithfully served Jehovah until he fell asleep in death at the age of 81.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and his beloved wife, Sheila.
He is survived by his six children: Kristen, Jonathan, Kerran (husband: Heath), Kandace, Katrina, Khara, and granddaughter Corrinne Harvey, as well as nephews, cousins, and a great aunt.
