It seems like yesterday that you were with us. Always a constant in my life that I needed. You were always right there up front when I needed a kind word or a stern talking to! You are missed. The place just will not be the same without you around, but I know that your always going to be there, watching out for Maria, Jeff, and me. We love you and miss you so!!

 Tears are being shed in Australia for Brenda. I'm so sad that she's gone, but I am also so happy that I was one of the lucky ones to have known Brenda. It's easy to get a bit jaded when you work with women with cancer every day and I hate to admit it, but sometimes there are so many patients that it's hard to keep them strai...ght...BUT, right from the beginning, Brenda was one of those really special few that just clicked with me and I knew that I had won the lottery when I lucked into getting her as my patient. My day was always so much better when I saw her name on my schedule. Imagine that, a patient that actually makes a doctor feel better - tells you how awesome she truly was! Be strong. She isn't gone because she will live on forever in my memory and in the way I practice medicine.

Dear Aunt Brenda, I am heartbroken to write this to you because I was really counting on you healing.  I have never in my life thought of you without feeling a grin spread on my face and in my heart.  To know you and your twinkling eyes was to love you.  I know we all looked up to you for your bright and shiny dispositon and incredible sense of humor, the kind that was hilarious without ever being rude, crass, or insensitive.  You always had the kindest words and most gentle manner.  Your love and devotion to those around you was complete, and never self serving. Even down to the animals you rescued and loved.  I have always told people of your pure, sweet, loving, and funny spirit, with the talent in one hand that other's dreamed off.  We KNOW this...you were a SUPERSTAR and everyone in the world should have been so Blessed to know you.  Everyone who knows you also knows how devoted you were to your Mama and to mine, your "Bunny", and they sure did pass on those sweet, pure, gentle, kind, and funny traits to you.  We are left to live in a darker world, without you here.  I would love to have seen one of the greatest reunions of all time as you were embraced by Mama, Grandma, and all those who have gone ahead of you who are now welcoming and celebrating with you!  I know when we see you again, it will be as if we never parted.  These last few days we had together was a treasure I will always hold dear, just as I treasure all of the years of memories of you being such a cool and wonderfully devoted Aunt, even though you lived several hours away, you were always there and bringing Grandma up for visits.  You never once treated me as if I was just a kid to young to hang around with.  You were Awesome, just as I've always bragged about. I learned so much from you and you always let me know how proud you were of us and that meant the world to me. I will carry you in my heart forever!
   You were amazing and we are blessed to have been on the receiving  end of all your love and light.  
Maria, Please know we are here for you.  Lean on us. We love you and you are family.  This has to be the hardest thing you have ever gone through, and you can be assured Jesus has his hands under you, holding you up, and Aunt Brenda is cheering you on, because she has faith in you.

I always heard amazing things about aunt brenda,but i never knew her.I always wanted to,and when i finialy did it was like i was a puzzle and i found my missing piece.Aunt Brenda you  are great and no one could ever come close to what you mean to me.I love you very much.Thank you god for letting  aunt brenda come in to my life..

Oh heavenly father,thank you for allowing me to have a many years with such an awsome aunt like brenda.She was on of a kind and no one will ever hold a candle to her.I will miss her dearly here on earth.Now she is in your hands along with grandma and mamma,I know they love her as much as i do.

O Heavenly Father Thank You for giving me an Aunt who showed everyone just  what a wonderful,Sweet,Crazy,Talented Kindness,Loving, caring person she was.I will always remmeber the years we spent together and especially these last few months.I will  miss you everyday,You will be missed here on earth by many. But welcomed in to your Kingdom with Loving arms by Grandma and Mama just to name a couple. Are prayers are with you Maria and all who had been touch by such a Graceful Woman.

The world has lost a wonderful woman, and heaven has gained a beautiful soul. Brenda will be missed so much. My thoughts and prayers are with Maria, and the McClain Family.
