

Brenton Greene "Brent, Tony, Popi" Wallace, III went home to be with the Lord on, July 3, 2026 at his home in Ruskin, Florida at the age of 74. He was surrounded by his beloved wife Paula and his loving children Jennifer and Joshua. Hospice was in the home taking care of Brent.
Brent is survived by his wife Paula Elizabeth Snyder Wallace, his daughter Jennifer Nicole Wallace Aulicino (Christopher), son Joshua David Wallace (Kaylie) and stepson Brandon Tyler Adlesperger {Christina). He had 5 adorable grandchildren - Jayce, Mila, Jax, Ruth and Jacob Wallace - with whom he shared many memories. His love for his grandchildren was deep and wide. His love for them had no limits. Also survived by sister Genevieve Wallace-Roe (Theron), Katy (Eldridge), David and Hope Roe, and cousin Kimberly Mundy; along with several cousins, nieces and nephews across the United States.
Brent was born in Bryn Mawr, PA on December 7, 1951. Brent moved to Germany with his mom Diane when he was 2 months old to be with his father, who was serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Brent’s grow-up years were spent in the Philadelphia suburbs, where he graduated from Radnor High School.
Brent attended college at the University of Tampa, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to become a correctional officer with the State of Florida. Retiring from the State after 25 years of service, he continued working for 17 more years in Security.
Brent was a Christian and a member of Bell Shoals Apollo Beach Campus. Brent’s strong faith in God and Jesus brought him true peace and comfort. Brent knew that God was always with him and he had an eternal home in heaven. Brent is free from sickness and in Heaven with Jesus.
Predeceased by his dad (in 2014) Brenton G. Wallace Jr; his mom (in 2021) Diane G. Wallace; his brother David Glynn Wallace (in 1982); and his first wife (in 1994) Nancy Mickler Wallace.
Brent was a proud grandson of his late grandfather Brigadier General Brenton Greene Wallace of Pennsylvania, who served in the United States Army in World War I and World War II; and who published a book detailing the military experiences of General George S. Patton, Jr.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Apollo Beach Campus of Bell Shoals Church, with a reception to follow at the church. Pastor Steven Staton will officiate the ceremony. Creative Arts Pastor Randy Brummitt will be singing the hymns. All are welcome to attend and celebrate his life.
