I worked with Wayne at PPD. I remember he would come in and work the midnight shift with us. He never complained about anything, was always cheerful, and had a great attitude. Wayne was a great guy and I enjoyed talking with him whenever he was here. I wish all his family the best and am saddened by his passing. He will be in my prayers.

"Big Wayne" was a wonderful man that will be missed by many. It was always a pleasure to work beside him at the police department for the twenty years we served together. He was always there for us when we needed him.

He never had a shot blocked in all the basketball games we played together either. I'll always remember him as a good officer, good baketball player, and a great friend. Rest in peace my friend.
