OLSEN, Catherine, 79, passed away peacefully with family by her side, February 20th, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Olsen Sr. Survivors include her children, Katie Coppola, Lynda Olsen, John Olsen(Susan), Rose Olsen; grandchildren, Sabrina, Wendy, Amy, Jessica, Brittny, Shelbi, Megan, Joseph, Teddy, Cory, Angelica; great-grandchildren, Bobby, Kylie, Alexa, Maleeya, Katie, Tyler, Vinny, Anna, Lacey, Lila and Liam. She will be forever remembered for her beautifully baked cakes, her wicked sense of humor, her love for her family and her beloved RAYS, and her Rock Star parking with her handicapped sticker. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
