COX, Chris Louise Christoffersen, 60, passed away April 8, 2011. She was a retired Naval Officer and teacher. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Bill; son Drew Cox; daughters, Carrie Snyder and Katy Cox; sisters, Michelle Day and Tona Shaffer; an extended family and numerous friends. Family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2011, at Stowers Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church, 604 N Valrico Rd, Valrico, Fla.
