Christopher Robin Hanna

Chris was born January 5,1981 in Williamsburg, Michigan, to Gary and Rose Hanna. He graduated from Elk Rapids Schools in 1999 and carried with him a lifelong appreciation for family, creativity, and friendship.

Chris was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Hanna and the proud father of Matthew Arthur Hanna. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Rose Hanna; brother, Andrew Hanna and his wife Whitney Hanna and niece Jocelyn, of Williamsburg, Michigan; his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Velasco; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Sowa and Alexandra Velasco; his nephew, Nicholas; his niece, Rafaela; survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Florence Send, John and Louise Hanna, uncles Michael Send and Martin Send; his cousin, Brian Lewis; and his brother-in-law, Daniel Sowa.

Chris found great joy in spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the lowrider car community and treasured the friendships he made through local car groups. A gifted artist and photographer, he expressed his creativity through his work and shared his unique perspective with others. His photography could be found under the name @stilldownivlife, where he captured moments and memories that reflected his passion for life.

Chris will be remembered for his artistic talent, his generous spirit, his love for those closest to him, and the lasting impact he made on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
