A Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Clarence was a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an aspiring helicopter pilot, a certified scuba diver, and loved to play golf as well as the saxophone. He was a fast car aficionado and a collector of Invicta watches. Clarence was initiated into the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated in the spring of 2010 through the Gamma Eta Sigma Chapter in Tampa, Florida. Clarence was a member of the Hillsboro Lodge #242, Prince Hall Affiliation and served as the former Senior Warden. He was also a member of the Don’t Hate Just Ride motorcycle club.
Clarence leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé Cheryl Caldwell; daughters Krystina Mills and Tabatha Caldwell; mother Patricia Mills and father George Parker; brothers Phillip Mills Jr. and Fred Parker and sister Hope Mills.
Clarence was preceded in death by his grandmother Grace Anderson and step-father whom raised him Phillip Mills.
A gathering of friends for Clarence will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 9:30AM to 10:00AM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida 33511. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10:00AM, 2323 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida 33511. A repast will occur immediately following the celebration of life.
