Connie Louise Murray

Born September 27th, 1961 in Auburn NY to her parents MaryAnn Stephenson (d. 1988) and Darrell Edwin Jones (d. 1997).

Connie was a graduate of Auburn High School.

She was a cashier at Wegmans and worked at multiple Friendly's Restaurants as a waitress and Training Specialist at newly opened stores. Connie met and trained her husband to be (Shawn) at the Friendly's in the Fingerlakes Mall in Auburn, NY. She was also a District Manager for Hickory Farms for many years in Florida.

In 1987 Connie became a military wife and relocated to San Diego, CA when she married Shawn (USN). Family members are the forgotten Veterans of Military Service. Her strong personality, dedication and love of family made her the glue that held their home together while Shawn was frequently at sea.

Upon discharge they moved to Florida where Connie had always dreamed of settling down. She so loved the beach and sand between her toes!

Connie was a proud Baseball Mom, Band Mom, and 4-H Mom (CrAzY for Life).

Her favorite hobbies included Genealogy, shopping and oh ya.... SHOPPING!

She especially LOVED Christmas and making it a magical time for all.

Connie is survived by Shawn, her loving husband of 34 years.

Her children and grandchildren:

TJ (Brook) Alcock, Grandson Tyler

Justin (Ashley) Murray, Granddaughter Jordyn, Grandson Sean
