Daryl Giles Valent

Daryl, was born October 20, 1966, in Chicago , Illinois to Jeann Marie Prast and Frank M. Balke. He met his future wife, Jennifer at a single’s group called Thompson Meeting Place. Daryl worked at Beef Villa for several years while studying his love for computers. Daryl first computer was a TRS-80. Daryl taught himself how to write programs. Daryl was very intelligent and received many certifications with Microsoft, Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator Security and Systems Administrator Messaging. Daryl would eat, drink and sleep with anything do to with computers.

He married Jennifer on October 9, 1999. They raised 2 children in Valrico, Florida. Daryl and Jennifer were married for 22 years and together for 24 years. Daryl worked as a Systems Administrator for 25 years.

His children will always remember him as a loving, devoted father, who would go out of his way to help with homework, projects or lending a helping hand.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer, two children Trevor and Brooke. He is also survived by his parents Rick & Jeann Valent, step-brother Ricky, nephew Alex and niece Ariah. Donna Valent, Julie Valent and Phil and Julia Valent.
