Dolores Noel

NOEL, Dolores, 77, of Valrico, passed away on July 23, 2017. She is a native of Detroit, Michigan and graduated from Visitation High School. She was a devoted wife and mother and a fierce protector of her family and has been their lifetime caregiver. Loved by everyone she knew and met, and never met an animal she didn’t love, especially her beloved golden, Leo. She is survived by her husband, Michael, sons; Kevin and Christopher, an aunt, Rio Frasco, Nephew; Eric (Jennifer) Frasco and a great niece, Kaitlyn. A visitation will take place on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Stowers Funeral Home from 6 – 7:30 p.m. with a Rosary Service beginning at 7:30. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Stephens Catholic Church with a burial following at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
