LAY, Dorothy, 74, of Valrico passed away August 22, 2013. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Ruben; and grandson, Shawn Eighmey. She is survived by her stepdaughters, Brenda Lay Eighmey (Les) and Linda Lay Fowler; grandson, Jason Fowler; son, Frank Lay; dearest friend and caregiver Elizabeth Hopkins; and many nephews and nieces. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2013 at Fellowship Baptist Church, Valrico, FL.
