Dorothy Mae Wiseman-Soles

July 11, 1936 – September 28, 2026

Dorothy Wiseman Soles, a loving mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her family, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2026, at the age of 90.

Dorothy will always be remembered for the love she gave so freely, the strength she carried throughout her life, and the special place she held in the hearts of her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose love, kindness, and memories will continue to live on through the generations.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Ronnie Soles, and his spouse, Linda Soles; her daughter, Sheila Smallwood, and her spouse, Buddy Smallwood; her grandchildren, Angela Soles, Joshua Cherokee, Austin Smallwood, and Kyle Smallwood; and other loving family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James C. Soles, and her son, Jimmy R. Soles.

Dorothy’s greatest joy was her family. The love she shared with her children and grandchildren created memories that will be treasured forever. Though she is no longer with us, her love, wisdom, and beautiful memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Her memory will live on through the people she loved and the lives she touched.
