I was so sad to learn of Dwight's passing last July. I worked with Dwight in PW Operations in Virginia Beach from 2010 until his retirement. Dwight was a very kind man with a good heart. He welcomed me to the organization and ensured that if I had any questions or ever needed anything he was there to assist me! I am truly sorry for your loss and I know that his kind and loving spirit will always be with your family.
