Eduardo was a hardworking, humble, and loving man whose life centered around the people he loved most—his family. As the patriarch of his family, he was a source of strength, love, and guidance to the generations who followed him. He believed in the value of hard work and took pride in providing for those he loved. He found joy in the simple things: good music, spending time with his family, and enjoying a nice cold one.
But above all else, Eduardo loved and lived for his family. They were his greatest pride and joy.
On August 6, 1975, Eduardo married the love of his life, Virginia Diaz Knipping. Together, they built a life filled with love, memories, and family.
He was a loving father to Eduardo Knipping Jr. and Jose Knipping, and a proud grandfather to Jennifer Knipping, Mia Rodriguez, Ashley Knipping, Felicity Knipping, Kalani Knipping, Kaleb Knipping, Kaden Knipping, and Kegan Knipping.
He was also blessed with five great-grandchildren, Brianna Beard, Jashlyne Castro, Jeremiah Soto, Brody Beard, and Isaiah Calcagino.
Eduardo was the beloved brother of Isabel Knipping, Alejandro Knipping, and Jose Sylvester Knipping. The love and memories they shared will always remain a part of his story.
Eduardo will be remembered for his humble heart, his hardworking spirit, his love for music, and most importantly, the incredible love he had for his family.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the memories he leaves behind. His love will continue to live on through his family, in every story shared, every laugh remembered, and every moment spent together.
To know Eduardo was to know a man who worked hard, loved deeply, and gave his whole heart to his family.
Rest peacefully, Eduardo. You may be gone from our sight, but you will never be gone from our hearts.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
