Efrain Ramirez

While under great, kind, loving and professional care received by Carmita, Sheila, Carmen and all the wonderful staff of Valencia Hills and Joey from Vitas.

Efrain survived by his wife, Carmen and children, Efrain (Tito) and Maria.

Efrain was born on February 13, 1939, in Santurce, Puerto Rico to Juan Ramirez and Aleja Alicea. Efrain graduated from High School in 1957. Efrain married Carmen, his high school sweetheart in 1963. Efrain began working for Standard Refrigeration Company as a Sheet Metal Specialist for 35 years. The couple welcomed two children into their home, Efrain (Tito) and Maria. His children remember him as a kind, gentle, patient and loving father who encouraged them to pursue their goals.

After the passing of his father, Efrain took over the responsibility of taking care of his younger siblings. He was the family handyman who love to build, fix and repair about anything and everything that he puts his hands on. He was a dedicated brother, husband and father who loved spending time with his family.

A funeral is scheduled for June 20, 2026, at 12:00 pm, at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, located at 2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon Florida. Pastor Junior from Crossing Church will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Efrain's life.
