Eileen Jeanette Hoke Joyfully accepted her invitation to meet her Lord and Saviour on April 4, 2022 at the age of 93. Eileen was born in Moultrie, Georgia and moved with her family to Florida where she met and Married Earl H. Hoke. Eileen graduated from University of Tampa with a Master's Degree in Education and retired from teaching elementary school age children. She then went on to her next job as a "Pink Lady" for Brandon Regional Hospital and worked primarily in the Neonatal Unit. Every year she crochet 25 red and white blankets for the babies who would not be home for Christmas. She proudly served in this position until the age of 90. She had many interests, but loved being a part of First Baptist Church of Brandon and a member of their sanctuary choir.
Eileen is preceded by her parents: Theodore and Ilene Pipkin; Sister's Helen Strube and Louise Myers, and Husband Earl H. Hoke.
Eileen is survived by her sister: Ginger Mabe, Son's: Larry (Linda) Hoke, John (Karen) Hoke, Daughters: Patricia Claytor and Evelyn Wall.
Grandchildren: Travis (Lindsay) Claytor, Chris (Katherine) Claytor, Meghan (Ray) Miller, Brian Hoke, Collin (Paige} Hoke.
Great Grandchildren: Easton, Maverick, Brooks and Knox Miller, Caeden and Declan Claytor and Colt Claytor.
