Eileen "Mema" Theresa (Condon) Kelleher

Eileen Theresa Kelleher, 60, passed in the early hours on January 11, 2023. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Mema, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend. Born to Martin and Maria Condon on August 28, 1962, in East Meadow, NY. and grew up in a large family with 5 siblings.

Eileen graduated from Freeport High School, then earned her nursing degree at Hillsborough Community College. She worked at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital and recently celebrated 35 years of service. While working and raising her family she completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa.

She is survived by her husband Brian Kelleher Sr. of 40 years and forever remembered by their children Brian Kelleher Jr. (Veronica), Rebecka Malloy (Sean), Sean Kelleher (Maresa) and 7 grandchildren Benjamin, Devin, Johnathin, Shaylin, Nickolas, Juliette and Baby Kelleher. Eileen was the most devoted mother who cherished her children and especially adored her role as Mema and treasured every moment with her grandchildren.

Eileen will be remembered for her calm presence in any situation, her creative spirit and passion for thrifty shopping and of course her love for travel but, questionable driving.

There will be a memorial service at 5pm on January 27, 2023, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in South Tampa. All are welcome.
