Elba Maria (Borrero) Jimenez

She was born on July 26, 1944 to the late Amelia Santiago and Vicente Borrero in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico.

She was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista Hispana in Brandon, FL.

Elba is survived by her children, Elba Jimenez, Jose Raul Jimenez (Farren), and Hector Luis Jimenez. She is also survived by her grandchildren Joshua, Mark, Aaron, Felix, Hugo, Luis Manuel, K.J. Jhenesis, Calib, Jacob, Benjamin, and Mathew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many who loved her like a mom, grandmother, and great grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Elba was preceded in death by her husband Raul Jimenez Principe, her brothers Otilio and Roberto Borrero, and her sisters Maria, Ana Daisy and Emilia Borrero.

Elba loved people. Everyone she came in contact with became part of the family. She loved to share her passion for cooking with everyone. She loved having everyone for the holidays as she was the one doing the cooking.

A visitation for Elba will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. The funeral service will occur on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Stowers Funeral Homer 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 S. W. 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
