Condolences to my family in the passing of my uncle Elio.
May God give you peace in this time of loss!

Just a few of the memories that I have of Elio.  He was my Ex-Father-In-Law but I considered him still family.    He was a kind and gentle soul. I never heard him raise his voice.   He would always greet you with a smile. When Sasha was born we would go on Family Vacations  with them.  I mean whole family vacations in the 80's.  We would all load up in the Motor Home and go to the Mountains or load up and go to the Beach. Their house was always full  during the Holidays & Family get together's.  When Sasha was little she would run back a forth between our homes.  Some day Elio would load Sasha up in the truck a ride her to the sod field with him.  Then Ramon came along and he would do the same thing with him.  I was working weird hours and weekends at the time. So when I got divorce my Parents, Elio & Alicia gained alternate Weekend Visitation & Holidays with the Kids.  That's how much they all loved their Grand  Kids.   When the Kids got grown they extended their love over to the Great Grand Kids.   His face would light up when all the kids would enter a room. When I started dating Tommy and my parents had a Christmas Eve get together.   Elio & Alicia stopped by to visit.  Elio had a song request and asked Tommy to sing a Johnny Cash song.  He was so happy and requested more songs.  He really enjoyed himself.   He had a smile from ear to ear. After all these years I never knew that he liked Country Music until that night. He shared his love with everyone.  You could see the love that he had for his wife. He will be missed by all but never forgotten.  Time shall try to heal the pain of his passing but the memories will live on forever.  The angel from earth has flown to heaven with his wings. Our Thought's & Prayer's are with the Family .
