Brown, Elmer Cecil, 46, of Tampa entered into rest on Sunday, December 15, 2013. He was born in London, Ohio to Ronnie and Mary Brown. He lived in Anaheim, CA for 20 years before moving back to Tampa to be near his family. Elmer was a proud member of East Side Lounge, he had a great love for fishing; which he often shared his catch with his loving family; and a great love of riding motorcycles. He was predeceased by his brother, Shawn T. Brown. Elmer is survived by his parents, Ronnie and Mary Brown; sisters, Roxanna Brown and Glenna Alford and her husband David; nieces, Tosha and Audrey Achor; nephews David Jr. and Dustin Alford; great-niece, Amelia Ayalla; great-nephews, Joseph Yackoski and Bentley Alford; aunts, Kathy Hudnell and Audrey Howard; and uncles, Cody Brown and Ralph Self. Funeral services will be held at 4PM on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home of Brandon; family will receive guests one hour prior to services.
