Elsa spent her early childhood years in Puerto Rico until the family moved to New York in hopes of a better life. There, she progressed in school and eventually found work.
She met the man of her dreams in New York, they married, and moved to California where they created two children Kenneth Elliott and Stephanie Elise.
Elsa loved gathering with friends and family, she loved animals, music, a good sale, and the finer things in life. She never took any guff from anyone.
She leaves behind her son, Kenneth Elliott and three grandchildren (Morgan, Jessie, and Dylan); Stephanie Elise (Bill) and two grandchildren (Jayson and Kris) and four great grandchildren (Jayson Jr., Jaxson, Amaya, and James).
She is loved and never forgotten.
