

ROGERS, Ennis Odean, 82, Brandon, Florida, passed away at his home November 8, 2015, surrounded by love and family. Born in Valrico, Florida on March 23, 1933, he spent his life with good humor, his loved ones and his politics close at heart.
Ennis was the mighty oak falling and was felt throughout the land. He was a man who called all smart women beautiful and all beautiful women smart. He believed family first, the Florida Gators second, and Cokes with peanuts third. Ennis was strong in beliefs and stronger in love.
He leaves to cherish his legacy, his wife, Betty (Gravitt), children Judy Brinkley (Gary), Michael (JoAnne), Bruce (Cindy), John (Judy), Catheryne MacPherson, Beth Campoamor (Joe), Susanne Frangie (Frank), eighteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Surviving siblings are Elmer Rogers, Jerry Rogers, Jean Carlilse, and Ann Kent.
Preceeded in death by children Robert, Charles”Buddy” and Daniel and sister Nita Peacock and brother Earl Rogers.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, November 11, 2015, 3pm, Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon, Florida
