Eugene Frederick Rodeck Jr.

Eugene “Geno” Frederick Rodeck Jr, 70 year old of Brandon, FL passed away on February 10, 2025. He was born on December 4, 1954 to Eugene and Patricia (Iverson) Rodeck. He was preceded in death by his parents. Also preceding him in death were his sisters, Sandra “Sandy” Thompson, Deborah “Debbie” Salter, Roberta “Bobbie” Bock, Jennifer “Jenny” Eagles.

He is survived by several family members including his sisters Katherine “Kathy” McCartney and Jacqueline “Jackie” Cunningham, many nieces and nephews, and several good friends in Apollo Beach, FL.

He was a 1972 graduate of Coon Rapids High School in Minnesota and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a fabulous golfer, and a diehard sports fan who loved to cheer on his Minnesota Vikings, Gophers and Twins as well as the Tampa Bay Rays. He was a lifetime bartender across the country. He loved spending time with his family. He was very knowledgeable and loved to complete his daily crossword puzzles. He will be missed by many but not forgotten.
