Frances now joins her husband, Lionell Lynn Widener in Heaven.
Frances attended Hillsborough County Schools, University of Tampa and Graduated from Florida State University in 1945. She then taught in Hillsborough County Schools for 34 years and also taught at West Hillsborough Baptist School for 6 years.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 10am at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens for those planning to attend.
