

Frederick "Hurbert" Hurtault, 58, passed away in Sun City Center, FL on Thursday, October 27, 2016. He was born in Laplaine, Dominica to James and Agatha Hurtault, who preceded him in death. Fred was quick to smile and lend a joke, lived a full energetic life and gave his love freely and completely to friends and family in need. When he lived in NJ he was the Dominican Community's mechanic. He loved to take long drives listening to Chalkdust, Neil Diamond, Willie Nelson, and/or Peter Tosh tunes with his family, trips to amusement parks, and fishing with his son and nephew in St. Croix. Fred had a sweet tooth, loved Dunkin Donuts, coffee and soda and he often said that "soda is to him like milk is to a baby". He liked to watch Westerns, old Kung Fu movies, and tennis on TV and he was a keen checker (draft) player. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Oliver and Jacque Hurtault and his sister, Claudette Hurtault. Frederick is survived by the love of his life Allison St. Martin, his children: Kennedy Nibbs, Stefane, Nelson, and Jessica Hurtault, his brothers: Ivaughn, Benedict, Arnold, Gideon and Henkel Hurtault, his sisters: Margaret Thomas, Joan Beaupierre and Ella Hurtault Lawrence, his lifelong best friend Reginald Pinard, numerous cousins including his special cousins,Marilyn Bertrand and Demayers Bruney. Fred also leaves to mourn several nieces and nephews especially his special niece, Alix Beaupierre, and special nephew Brandon Lawrence. The members of the Hurtault/Zarbeau family would like to thank Accencia staff , and everyone who supported us in any way during this difficult time . A service will be held on November 13, 2016 at 1pm with a viewing 1 hour prior to service at Stowers Funeral Home located at 401 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, Fl.
