Fred married Jocelyn Van Hoeck they had two children, Lyette and Vance.
He proudly served in the United States Air Force, achieved the distinction of Grand Master in chess, loved playing Bridge and golf. One of his favorite things was gathering with friends and family to enjoy a good meal.
Fred is survived by his daughter, Lyette; son, Vance; daughter-in-law, Brandi; grandkids; Lillian, William; sister-in-law, Florance; nephews, Thomas (Nicole), Robert (Kristina); grandnieces and nephews, Brittney, Jessica, Hannah and Nicolas. He was preceded to heaven by his wife, Jocelyn; brothers, Allen and Richard.
