Gary is survived by his wife of 63 years Loretta Ann Mathews Glisson of Gibsonton, FL., 3 Children: Son Wayne Glisson and Dee of Okeechobee, FL., Son Eddie and Wife Stacey of Zephyrhills, FL., Daughter Lore and Husband Buck Henderson of Murphy, NC. 7 Grandchildren; Starlene, Lil’ Wayne, Samuel, Garrett, Katie, Grace, Timothy, as well as 10 Great Grandchildren. 2 Siblings; Katie McCormick and Jennifer Hough both of Plant City.
Gary is preceded in death by his Father; Gary Emanuel Glisson, Mother; Joyce Cribbs, Sister; Marilyn Methe, and Grandson; “Lil’ Wayne” Gary Wayne Glisson Jr.
Gary’s family knew him as a Master craftsmen, He worked everyday to provide for his family. He enjoyed doing woodwork. He was a member of the Valkyrie Motorcycle Community, YouTube Watch Club. He worked his life in various fields such as welding and machine maintenance.
Gary worked for IMC Nu Wells Chemical, Hava-Tampa. He truly was a Master of all trades.
