McKAY, Gary, 58, of Valrico entered into rest October 3, 2012. Gary was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service and served as Post Master of the Valrico Post Office until his retirement after 30 years of service. He enjoyed golf and his golf outings with his friends, and watching baseball and cheering on the Rays. He was preceded in death by his brother, Alan McKay. Survivors include his wife, Stacey; three sons, Brian, Christopher and Garrett; parents Frank and Annie McKay; brother, Steve; sister, Yvonne Whewell. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in Gary's memory.
