George Richard Miller

George R. Miller, 75, died of natural causes on July 3, 2023, at his home in Tampa. He was born in Douglas Ga. On April 17, 1948, to Johnny Leo Miller and Evelyn Rowell Miller. George graduated from Brewster High School in 1967 and was drafted into the Army in 1968. George was stationed in Germany and was Honorably discharged in 1970.

George is preceded in death by his wife Penny Wolfe Miller, father Johnny Leo Miller, Mother Evelyn Rowell Miller, brother Jimmy Miller, sister Shirley Kuhn and great granddaughter Alyssa Raymer.

George is survived by 3 daughters Tina Miller Carter (Johnnie Carter), Nancy Miller Oakleaf, Melissa Ann Miller all of Tampa, 2 stepsons Jeff Wolfe (Laurie Wolfe) of Riverview and Brian Wolfe (Monica Wolfe), sister Pearl Miller Brown (Clyde Brown) of Dade City, brother Herman Miller (Sara Miller) of Lakeland.

George also has 14 grandkids and 32 great grandkids.

A memorial will be held on July 28, 2023, from 3pm to 5pm at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home located at 2323 W. Brandon Blvd Brandon, Fl. 33511.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
