Gertrude "Trudy" Zukowski was the best of all of us. Her kindness and generosity knew no limits. She respected and loved everyone for their authentic selves and with just a smile she could light up a room. Trudy passed surrounded by her family on May 5, 2023 in her home just as she had wanted. She was a wife to John; a mother to Louis, and Bruce; a mother-in-law to Terri; a grandmother to Alexander, Nicholas; and grandmother -in-law to Christy; and great-grandmother to Killian. Last but not least comforted in the end by our great dane, Baxter. May her Light and Sparkle live on in all of us.
A graveside service for Gertrude will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.StowersFH.com for the Zukowski family.
