My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Gladys & Eugene Will. I am so sorry for your loss.

I did not know Eugene, but I got to know Gladys through zoning and growth management issues involving our greater community. Gladys would always attend a hearing when we put the call out and was always smiling even though there was not much to smile about at some of those hearings. She would sit and listen to all the rhetoric and then approach the dais to add her comments into the record. At times, she would sit long arduous hours yet remain smiling.

While we have not communicated in recent years, I have never forgotten that smile on her face, her love of roses and gardening and at times her feisty attitude. I will never forget Gladys or the contributions she made to our community.

I will be forever grateful to have had her touch my life.
