How are you, Sherry. This is Kim Wicks, a former neighbor in Riverwoods. I was very sad to hear of Gordy's passing. He was quite an inspiration to my son Ryan...so much so that Ryan wrote about Gordy in his College Application Essay. (He got accepted to UF) I will be sending you a copy of the complete essay soon and I know that it will warm your heart. He got to know Gordy as he helped out around your house doing misc jobs and he respected his dedication to family and admired his patience and gentle guidance.

I was thining of Gordy the other day and just seen it in Phi Signet Magazine. I remember Gordy well when he worked For The Phi Sig National Chapter. I always remembered Gordy as a great individual and person. Gordy was a Great Mentor for Me!
Sorry for your loss. Prayers are with you and the family.
