Went to be with our Lord on November 28th at the age of 87. Moving from Burbank, Ill in 1974 to Seffner, Gurneda was a member of the Mango Church of God where she gave her heart to the church and its members. She loved playing dominos and after her husband Melvin passed away she began painting. Gurneda is also predeceased by her brother Albert and sister Jane, and survived by her loving children Richard (Maureen) and Diana Wilson (David) and her sister Jerry. Visitation will be held Monday December 2nd from 6-8 pm at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon were a gathering will take place at 10am Tuesday December 3rd and a service at 11am. Graveside committal service following at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mango Church of God or Tidewell Hospice.
