I miss and love you Dad each and every day that passes. You were an incredible mentor, husband, extremely caring and kind person, patient, my first little league baseball coach(which you taught me how to throw my first curve ball)and the best Dad anyone could have asked for. Remember Dad,,” we can conquer hate by ignoring it, we can destroy it by loving the person next to us”(Something you would say)Since you’ve been gone I do 3 things everyday.. I think, I laugh and I cry bringing myself to tears. If we all do that everyday that’ll be a full day and make our day a little bit easier. I love you and I’ll see you again! May the beautiful memories of Harold help you find peace and comfort at this difficult time.

We are heartbroken by the loss of sweet Uncle Hal. He taught us all so much about love, laughter, forgiveness, peace and patience. He inspired us and set an example for all of us to live by. He will be forever missed. We send you all hugs and love during this difficult time.

Dear Lillian and family,

Sincere sympathy on the loss of Rev Harold Gainer. We will miss his treasured and radiant smile and the warmth and love received from him over our years of friendship. What beautiful and fun dinner parties we had over the years to celebrate birthdays, happy occasions and major life events. They were always filled with great fun and lively conversations. Harold laughed with us,shared stories, listened and prayed with us all.
Harold was so generous with his time for people and so accepting of all. Having moved here from Ireland Harold and Lillian Gainer treated me as part of their family. I was so very blessed. I know the gates of heaven were waiting for you Harold. You will be so greatly missed but we have wonderful and precious memories. Thank you for a beautiful life lived and your example of love of God,  prayer, your devotion to your wife Lillian and family and all of lucky friends and extended family. God bless you. Suzanne, Janet and Mrs. Gainer, I am so sorry for your loss of such a gentle and kind man. What I remember most about your father and husband was his faithfulness and service to others.  May that same faith sustain you and your family during this difficult time.

My heart goes out to my forever friend, Lillian and family, at this time of sadness as we celebrate the life of this beautiful soul.  Reverend Gainer was my dear friend and pastor for many years; also to husband, Robert Kutcher (deceased) daughter, Missy Kutcher Broker, husband Scott and granddaughters, Emily and Libby Broker. 
We shall be ever grateful he touched our lives.
