Henry is survived, by his wife, JoAnn Pollock of Brandon Florida, his son, Stephen Pollock of Davenport Florida, and his daughter, Paula Pollock of Brandon Florida.
Henry was born on October 10, 1939, to Katie Lou Pollock (Williams) and Henry William Pollock in Mitchell Georgia where he grew up. He attended Thomasville High School. In 1962 he married JoAnn Smith and joined the U.S. Air Force, serving 27 years and 7 months, retiring at the rank of CMSgt. He was dedicated to
donating to local food banks and enjoyed watching nature shows.

A committal service will occur Monday, November 3, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, 2323 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511.
