KEENE, Ira Russell, 78, passed away September 23, 2010. He was a Tampa native and as a young man served in the U.S. Air Force. He was also a sheet metal craftsman for 45 years. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Dian; and his loving family and many friends. A memorial service will take place at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Stowers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Those who wish may make donations to the charity of their choice.
